Worship + Community + Mission
Cola Youth exists to partner with families to foster a student’s life in God through worship, in community with other believers, and equipping them to live on mission.
Through Worship… Worship shapes student’s lives and loves by allowing them to see the family of God gather, sing and celebrate together, and hear the gospel proclaimed. James KA Smith writes, “Worship is the arena in which God recalibrates our hearts, reforms our desires, and rehabituates our loves. Worship isn’t just something we do; it is where God does something to us.”
We worship alongside students Sunday Mornings in service and Sunday evenings at Cola Youth gatherings.
In Community… Through Sunday morning fellowship, Sunday night gatherings, bible studies, meals together, hikes, and continual conversations, we want to curate an environment where students can connect with one another and Jesus loving adults to mature in their faith.
To find out more about when Cola Youth meets, specific events, and more email youth@colapres.com.
On Mission… As students learn to worship and their community deepens, we equip them to live on mission. Through consistent shepherding, teaching, and training we want to provide practical and organic ways for a student to share their faith at school, at home, at work, and anywhere else in the lives God is calling them to live.
Cola Youth meets on Sunday mornings at 9 am in the coffee shop and from 5:30-7:30 on the dates listed below
A weekly email will go out with an RSVP link to let us know if your student plans to be at Youth Group that week!
