• May Christ richly bless this coming year, growing you and us together more closely to him. For as much as we will gather weekly for the preached Bible on Sundays, and circle up around the Bible in growth groups, and talk about the Bible with each other, nothing can replace going to the Scriptures ourselves and making a habit of studying them. There are a flurry of plans going around this time of year. Here's three Bible reading plans to consider if you don't have one yet -
  
  1. The Whole Bible in one year - 3-5 chapters a day, 5 days a week, more or less chronologically
  2. The Whole Bible in two years - 2 chapters a day
  3. The New Testament in a year - 1 chapter a day, 5 days a week
  
  If we have our own plan, here's a beautiful chart to track at our own pace. Whichever plan this season takes us, may God bless the reading, meditating, loving, living of his Word among his people.

• We are looking for Sunday morning volunteers once a month for many of our areas-Refreshments, Welcome Table, Slides, Offering. Right now it takes 35 volunteers plus staff to help us gather as a family on Sunday mornings. These are jobs that are easily explainable and often one of the best ways to connect with others in the church body. Please reach out if this is something you're willing to do!
