Parish Overview
Parish groups are geographical portions of the church body for the purpose of shepherding the congregation toward maturity in Christ.
Parishes are led by elders who are joined by deacons, women’s team members, and staff for the sheperding care of all members.
Parish events will be held throughout the year that visitors, attenders, and members will all be encouraged to be a part of for greater fellowship among the body of Christ.
The goals of the parish are threefold -
Identify.
Clearly identify which shepherds oversee which sheep and which sheep can call on which shepherds (Hebrews 13:17).
Foster.
Foster community within the body of genuine friendship, mutual service, and hospitality (Acts 2:42-47).
Encourage.
Communicate and exhort members toward opportunities to be a disciple making disciple through worship, community, mission (Hebrews 3:12-14).
